Before she began work on ShareIn in January 2011, Jude helped startups with business plans, financial models and strategy. She started out studying Engineering at university and went on to train and qualify as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte's in London. She spent almost 6 years in BT plc in strategic planning and corporate finance roles.
Her experience with start-ups infused her passion for innovative companies and sowed the seed for ShareIn.
Gemma Butler & Gav Gordon-Rogers (Co-Founders, Creative Advisors)
Gav and Gemma have worked together as a creative team in film-making, advertising and digital for around 15 years. In that time they have won a plenitude of national and international awards and have either helped or directly led several agencies to be honoured as the UK’s Digital Agency of the Year. They are passionate about digital, innovation, and using the incredible power and reach of the internet to connect people and solve very human problems.
Andrew Pickett (Co-Founder, Head of Web Development)
Experienced MBA graduate with a very strong software engineering background. He has an interest in solving some of the really difficult business problems ShareIn faces. He benefits from combining his strong web programming skills with an excellent business background and a real interest in ShareIn and its continued success. He’s a specialist in Business process, Business analysis, Project Management and System Architecture and loves a challenge.
Anne is in her final year at the University of St Andrews studying Economics. She has a strong interest in equity crowd funding, innovative startups and alternative finance which lead her to intern at ShareIn.
